Kripik Chips Chilli Garlic starts life as fermented soybean and tapioca tempeh — the tapioca co-ferments right alongside the soybean during the same 72-hour Rhizopus Oligosporus fermentation, not added afterward. Once fermented, it’s kettle-cooked into a crisp chip, then finished with a chilli garlic spice mix, added after cooking.

Each 100g pack delivers roughly 570 kcal, 19g of protein, and 30.75g of fat, with 288mg sodium — the boldest, most fiery variant in the Kripik Chips range. Ingredients: Soybean, Tapioca, Sunflower Oil, Chilli Garlic Spice Mix, Rhizopus Oligosporus.
