Fresh tempeh is made and delivered in Bangalore only, the same day via Porter. We do not send it by courier or cold chain to any other city or state, and checkout will not accept fresh items for a pincode outside 560001–560110. Kripik Chips, Tempeh Bites and Sambal Tempeh ship anywhere in India.
Orders are packed after they're placed — dry products are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Bangalore local orders typically arrive same-day or next-day. Outside Bangalore, courier orders usually arrive 3–5 days after dispatch, depending on location; remote areas can take longer.
Keep fresh tempeh frozen from the moment it arrives. Dehydrated and dry-fermented products (Kripik, Bites) are shelf-stable and don't need refrigeration until opened.
