Sambal Orek Cooked Tempeh is fresh soy tempeh, slow-cooked with peanuts in a Pan-Asian sambal of Thai chilli, Thai ginger, brown sugar, kecap manis, shallots, garlic, and lemongrass. Unlike our raw and dehydrated tempeh, this one is fully cooked and ready to eat straight from the pack — no prep needed.

Each 200g pack carries roughly 23g of protein and 20g of fat per 100g — unusually high protein for a cooked, sauced dish — with a rich, nutty depth from the peanuts alongside the sweet-savoury kecap manis and citrusy lemongrass.
