New to Tempeh? Start Here
Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian fermented food — whole soybeans bound by beneficial mould into a firm, protein-dense cake. It gives you 19–20g of complete protein per 100g, 5–8g fibre, and live probiotics. It works in any Indian recipe where you’d use paneer or tofu. See our 7 Indian tempeh recipes to get started.
