What we make fresh every day
- Fresh Soybean Tempeh — 23g protein per 100g, two ingredients: non-GMO soybeans and starter culture. From 500g slabs to 3kg meal-prep packs.
- Fresh Chickpea Tempeh — India’s only soy-free tempeh, 20g protein per 100g. For soy-sensitive and variety-seeking kitchens.
- Cotton & Silken Tofu, Soy Milk and Soy Curd — the rest of our fresh plant-dairy line, made in the same facility each morning.
How tempeh stacks up against paneer
Per 100g, our fresh soybean tempeh delivers about 23g of complete protein with a fraction of the fat of paneer (which averages around 18g protein). Because tempeh is a whole fermented food, you also get fibre and the digestibility benefits of fermentation — something no dairy or extruded soy product offers.

How long does fresh tempeh keep?
Refrigerated, 5–7 days. It also freezes beautifully for up to 3 months — slice first, then freeze.
Is fresh tempeh eaten raw?
Our tempeh is raw and live-cultured; cook it before eating. A 4-minute pan-fry with salt is the classic start — it absorbs any marinade you throw at it.
What is the same-day cutoff?
